A 34-year-old man has been "stable" for four years. No voices, no delusions, no admissions. He sleeps until midday, has not seen a friend since 2021, sits in one chair, and answers every question with three words.[2][3]
His mother says he has become lazy. The ward round says he is doing well. He is on risperidone 6 mg, he blinks rarely, and his arms do not swing when he walks.[11][18]
