By accessing or using MedVellum, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MedVellum provides examination-preparation material for medical students and clinicians. It is not medical advice, does not establish a clinician-patient relationship and is not a substitute for clinical judgement, current product information, local protocols or supervision. Do not use the service to make an urgent patient-care decision.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell or automate access to an account in a way that bypasses access controls.
Core MBBS content is offered without a subscription. A Specialty Pro subscription grants access to the selected paid specialty while the subscription remains active. Prices, cadence and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments and provides the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, scrape at a rate that harms availability, upload malicious material, misuse another person’s identity, or republish substantial parts of the corpus as a competing product. Reasonable personal study, quotation and linking to public pages are permitted.
Educational content, software, design and original figures are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Citations identify third-party literature and do not transfer rights in that literature. We may correct, replace, quarantine or withdraw content and may change or discontinue features to preserve accuracy, security or service viability.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, examination outcomes or that every educational statement remains current in every jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, MedVellum is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of educational content or service interruption. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may suspend access for security threats, fraud, material breach or unlawful use. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Questions about these terms may be sent to navendugoyal@gmail.com.
