Data viva — the ROTEM trace in the trauma
A data viva on the ROTEM in the trauma — the prolonged-CT (the plasma); the low-MCF (the platelets and/or the fibrinogen); the high-ML (the tranexamic acid); the targeted-product-therapy guided by the trace.

Prompt
A ROTEM (the EXTEM) trace showing the prolonged CT, the low MCF, and the high ML (the lysis). Interpret and advise on the product therapy.
Stimulus
A ROTEM (the EXTEM — the extrinsic activation) trace from the trauma patient shows: the prolonged CT (the clotting time 120 seconds, the normal 40 to 80), the low MCF (the maximum clot firmness 35 mm, the normal 50 to 72), and the high ML (the maximum lysis 18 per cent, the normal under 15). Interpret and advise on the product therapy.
