Communication and integrated-care station on gynaecological cancer survivorship: tests the structured survivorship assessment, the sexual-function restorative ladder, lymphoedema and premature-menopause management, evidence-based surveillance reasoning, fear-of-recurrence communication, and activation of the multidisciplinary team. Includes assessor key and marking domains.

Station brief
Format. Communication and integrated-care station, approximately 12 minutes. You are the gynaecology registrar in a survivorship clinic. A specialist cancer nurse is with you; the consultant and the full multidisciplinary team are available by referral. The assessor will run the clock and probe your management. [1]
Candidate instruction. Conduct the survivorship visit: confirm disease status, assess and manage her late effects, justify her surveillance, address her psychological distress, and activate the multidisciplinary team. Verbalise your reasoning and your communication. [1]
