Team-based resuscitation station: triggered obstetric early warning score in a postpartum woman with evolving haemorrhagic and septic compromise. Tests parallel ABCDE with obstetric modification, the SBAR escalation call, the four-domain response bundle, and the disposition decision. Includes assessor key and marking domains.

Station brief
Format. Bedside response and escalation station, approximately 12 minutes. You are the obstetric registrar. A midwife and a junior doctor are with you; the consultant is 15 minutes away and has been called. The assessor will run the clock and feed you new observations. [3]
Candidate instruction. Lead the bedside response to a triggered obstetric early warning score. Verbalise your ABCDE, your focused investigations by domain, your SBAR escalation call to the consultant, and your disposition decision.
